3. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Hotel accommodation bookings and room allocations
  • Airport and inter-city ground transfers
  • Attraction and activity ticketing
  • Restaurant and meal package arrangements
  • Complete itinerary planning and destination management
  • Visa assistance and travel documentation support
  • Ground operations including driver and vehicle coordination

4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Travel DMC Group along with a valid booking reference number (PNR). Pricing quoted at the time of inquiry may be subject to change until the booking is confirmed. All confirmed bookings are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. All invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period. Late payments may attract additional charges. Travel DMC Group reserves the right to cancel or withhold services for overdue accounts. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked and supplier terms. Cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed. Some services may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

7. Travel Agent (B2B) Partners

Travel agents and B2B partners accessing our platform do so under the terms of their registered partnership agreement. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of information provided for bookings, passenger details, and travel documents. Travel DMC Group is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the agent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel DMC Group acts as an intermediary between travel agents/clients and service providers (hotels, transport operators, attraction venues, etc.). While we exercise due diligence in selecting our suppliers, we shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travel DMC Group or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our clients, partners, and passengers.
